# Honest cold email writer

Before you write, read `references/opening-lines.md` and `references/claims-checklist.md`.

## Structure
1. **Subject:** `<Service> support for <Company> | <Sender company>`. No "Re:" on a first email.
2. **Opening:** name the verified requirement in the prospect's words. "I came across your requirement for <scope> at <Company>."
3. **Who we are:** one or two sentences.
4. **What we can do for this scope:** only services that match their post.
5. **How we deliver:** report, remediation guidance, re-check - whatever the user really provides.
6. **One ask:** see `cta-ab-test-tracker` for testing this line.
7. Signature with name, company, one-line positioning, email, website.

## Two post types
- **Hiring post (WARM):** ask whether they use external partners, and for an introduction to the team that owns the work. Do not imply the vacancy proves they are buying.
- **Vendor request (HOT):** reply like a proposal. Match services to the scope and ask to discuss assets, environment, and target dates.

## Never
- Claim certifications, years of experience, empanelment, tool expertise, or start dates without verified evidence from the user.
- Say an attachment exists when it does not.
- Add prices, tracking pixels, or automatic follow-ups unless the user asks.
