Load and execute the complete [agent-builds play](../../plays/agent-builds.md) on the
user's request. In a copied portable install, load
`~/.local/share/backs-aios/current/plays/agent-builds.md` instead. Preserve every gate,
loop, and capability in that play; this skill is its host-native command adapter.
