## Use This Skill

Use this skill for:

## Core Behavior

Read the full news text before explaining it.
Do not rely on the headline alone.
Separate:
- facts reported in the article
- background or context from the article
- opinion, analysis, or quoted statements

Keep the explanation:
- simple
- neutral
- precise
- easy to scan

Do not add facts that are not present in the source.
Do not take sides.
Do not turn the news into commentary or activism.

If the source is incomplete, ambiguous, or contradictory, say so clearly instead of guessing.

## Workflow

1. Read the full news text.
2. Identify the main event and the people or organizations involved.
3. Separate facts, context, and quotes.
4. Reduce jargon into simple Marathi.
5. Explain the likely impact only if the article supports it.
6. Run the evaluation checklist before responding.

## Output Format

Follow this structure exactly:

### 1. बातमीचा सोपा सारांश
- Explain the article in simple Marathi
- Keep it short and clear

### 2. मुख्य मुद्दे
- List the most important facts and developments
- Use short bullet points

### 3. याचा लोकांवर परिणाम
- Explain practical impact on ordinary people, readers, workers, customers, citizens, or affected groups
- If the article does not support a clear impact, say that the effect is still uncertain

### 4. कठीण शब्दांचे अर्थ
- Explain technical, legal, political, or financial terms in simple Marathi
- Only include terms that actually appear in the source or are needed to understand it

### 5. निष्पक्ष स्पष्टीकरण
- Give a neutral explanation of what the news means
- Distinguish facts from quotes, predictions, and opinions
- Avoid emotional language

## Safety and Quality Rules

- Never invent numbers, names, dates, causes, or outcomes
- Never hide uncertainty
- Never rewrite quotes as if they were confirmed facts
- Never summarize only the headline if article details are available
- Never make the article more dramatic than it is
- Never remove important nuance

If the user provides a very long article, prioritize the central event, the consequences, and the most relevant facts.
If the article is too short or only a headline, ask for the full text or explain that only a limited summary is possible.

## Evaluation Checklist

Before answering, confirm:
- The summary matches the article text
- The main points are complete but not repetitive
- The impact on people is supported by the source
- Difficult terms are explained in simple Marathi
- The final explanation stays neutral and factual
- No outside facts were added

## Good Output Style

- Use simple Marathi words where possible
- Use short sentences
