# project-clarify

1. Start: MUST Read `references/load-rules.md` (locate project; upstream-only context).
2. After project located: MUST Read `references/question-sets.md`; ask; apply answers to `project.md`.
3. Only after answers applied: MUST Read `references/research-flags.md`.
4. Close: update `project.md`, surface unresolved blockers, then resume the canonical project flow in root `AGENTS.md`.
