**Core Positioning Statement:**
> *"Teqfocus helps enterprises transform across the Data, Analytics, AI, and Application layer — powered by a multi-cloud architecture built on Salesforce, Snowflake, AWS/Azure/GCP, Databricks, and Tableau. We bring deep industry vertical expertise so every engagement starts with your problem, not our platform."*

### Partnership Credentials
| Partner | Status |
|---|---|
| **Salesforce** | **Summit Partner** — top tier of the global Salesforce partner ecosystem |
| **Snowflake** | Partner |
| **AWS / Azure / GCP** | Cloud Partners |
| **Databricks** | Partner |
| **Tableau / CRM Analytics** | Partner |

> ⚠️ **Credential Rule:** Summit Partnership is an **established, long-standing credential**. Never say "recently achieved," "just became," or imply it is new.

### Service Lines

### Industries Served

---

## Section 2: Content Pillars

Every Teqfocus content asset must connect to at least one of these pillars. Choose based on audience and business goal.

| Pillar | Core Narrative | Best Asset Types |
|---|---|---|
| **AI That Has a Foundation** | AI is only as good as the data underneath it. We build both. | LinkedIn posts, blog, case studies, webinar |
| **Full-Stack Partnership** | From raw data to intelligent application — one partner, no gaps | One-pagers, sales-adjacent content, LinkedIn |
| **Salesforce Done Right** | Summit-level depth, not just implementation. Built to perform and scale. | LinkedIn carousels, case studies, email |
| **Industry-First Architecture** | Every solution starts with your industry's specific data flows and compliance needs | Vertical blogs, case studies, podcast newsletters |
| **Outcomes, Not Configurations** | We measure in adoption, revenue impact, cost reduction — not deliverables | Case studies, client spotlights, proof points |

---

## Section 3: Target Personas

Always write to one primary persona per asset. Each has a distinct entry point.

### CIO / CTO (Enterprise)
- **Fear:** Another transformation that underdelivers or creates technical debt
- **Buys:** Risk reduction + integration credibility + industry proof
- **Language:** Architecture, integration, platform risk, cost of ownership, scale
- **Buying Trigger:** Failed project, AI board mandate, M&A integration, cloud migration stall

### CDO / Head of Data & AI
- **Fear:** AI the business doesn't trust or use; data strategy without adoption
- **Buys:** Data maturity + AI readiness + governed pipelines
- **Language:** Data quality, AI governance, ROI, pipeline, lakehouse, Data Cloud
- **Buying Trigger:** Failed POC, Data Cloud mandate, CEO asking "why isn't AI working"

### RevOps / Ops Leader (Mid-Market)
- **Fear:** Salesforce the sales team ignores; customization that breaks every release
- **Buys:** Speed + adoption + practical outcomes in 90 days
- **Language:** Pipeline visibility, CRM adoption, forecast accuracy, sales cycle
- **Buying Trigger:** Salesforce renewal, new VP of Sales, poor adoption

### VP of Sales / Revenue Leader
- **Fear:** Salesforce as an expensive CRM nobody uses; no pipeline visibility
- **Buys:** CRM that drives revenue, not just tracks it
- **Language:** Revenue target, pipeline health, forecasting, sales productivity
- **Buying Trigger:** Missed quarters, manual forecasting, new sales motions

---

## Section 4: Content Voice & Tone Rules

These apply to **every** Teqfocus content asset.

### Always
- Write from a **practitioner's POV** — not a marketing department's
- Use specific industry language the target persona uses themselves
- Connect capability to outcome — never feature-list platforms
- Let credentials surface naturally — never announce them
- Every headline = an outcome or insight statement, never a category label
- End every asset with a **specific, frictionless CTA**

### Never
- Open LinkedIn posts with "Excited to share...", "Proud to announce...", "I", or "We"
- Use: "leverage," "synergy," "holistic," "best-in-class," "cutting-edge," "robust," "end-to-end solutions"
- Stack platform names without context: "Using Salesforce, Snowflake, Databricks, AWS..."
- Announce Summit Partnership as if it is news
- Write summaries that start with "In this article/episode we discuss..."
- Invent statistics — flag unverified numbers with `[VERIFY]`
- Add design directions into copy — flag them as `[DESIGN FLAG: description]`

---

## Section 5: Content Brief Intake Checklist

**Before writing any asset, confirm the following. Ask the user if anything is missing.**

- [ ] **Asset Type** — Blog, LinkedIn post/article/carousel, case study, newsletter, reel script, calendar?
- [ ] **Source Material** — Is there a transcript, brief, or existing content to work from?
- [ ] **Target Persona** — CIO/CTO, CDO, RevOps, VP Sales, or combination?
- [ ] **Industry Vertical** — Healthcare, Telecom, FinServ, Retail, Hi-Tech, or cross-industry?
- [ ] **Content Pillar** — Which of the 5 pillars does this map to?
- [ ] **Buyer Stage** — Awareness / Consideration / Decision?
- [ ] **Proof Point Available** — Any approved metric, outcome, or client story?
- [ ] **CTA** — What should the reader do after consuming this asset?
- [ ] **Distribution Channel** — Where will this live? (LinkedIn, email, YouTube, website)

> A vague brief produces forgettable content. A precise brief produces pipeline.

---

## Section 6: Proof Points Library

| Status | Proof Point |
|---|---|
| ✅ | Salesforce Summit Partner — top tier of the global Salesforce partner ecosystem |
| ✅ | Multi-cloud architecture: Salesforce + Snowflake + AWS/Azure/GCP + Databricks + Tableau |
| ✅ | Deep industry deployments: Healthcare, Telecom, FinServ, Retail, Hi-Tech |
| ✅ | Agentforce + Data Cloud implementations operationalizing AI for enterprise clients |
| ✅ | Managed Services / AMS practice for long-term platform optimization |
| ✅ | TeqTalk — CXO-level podcast featuring AI, Data, and Salesforce leaders |
| 🔲 | `[ADD: Total implementations / clients served]` |
| 🔲 | `[ADD: Time-to-value benchmarks per service line]` |
| 🔲 | `[ADD: Approved case study metrics per industry]` |

---

## Section 7: Content Repurposing System

When given a source asset (transcript, blog, webinar recording, case study), apply this repurposing map before writing:

| Source | What to Extract | Output Assets |
|---|---|---|
| **Podcast Transcript** | Sharpest insight, key quote, use case story, future outlook | Newsletter, 3–5 LinkedIn posts, 2–3 reels scripts, 1 LinkedIn article, 1 YouTube animation brief |
| **Blog Post** | Core argument, key data point, counterintuitive claim | 2 LinkedIn posts, 1 carousel, 1 short-form email |
| **Case Study** | Challenge, outcome metric, architecture decision | 1 LinkedIn post, 1 carousel, 1 email nurture asset |
| **Webinar** | Key moment, guest insight, framework introduced | Newsletter, 2 LinkedIn posts, 1 blog post |

**Repurposing Rule:** Never summarize the whole source in a single post. Extract one sharp insight and let it stand alone.

---

## Section 8: Industry Quick-Reference

| Industry | Lead Pain | Content Angle | Stack to Feature |
|---|---|---|---|
| **Healthcare** | Fragmented patient data, care gaps, SDOH, HIPAA complexity | AI-powered care coordination, interoperability, clinical data unification | Health Cloud, Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks |
| **Telecom** | Churn, field service inefficiency, CX gaps | Predictive churn, field service AI, omnichannel CX | Service Cloud, Field Service, Databricks, AWS |
| **Financial Services** | Advisor productivity, compliance risk, fragmented client 360 | Compliant AI workflows, advisor intelligence, unified client data | FinServ Cloud, Data Cloud, Snowflake, Tableau |
| **Retail / CPG** | Disconnected commerce + service data, loyalty gaps | Unified commerce, AI personalization, distributor portals | Commerce Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, Tableau |
| **Hi-Tech / SaaS** | Slow sales cycles, CS churn, PLG ↔ CRM misalignment | CPQ optimization, renewal automation, CS-to-sales handoffs | Sales Cloud, CPQ, Agentforce, Databricks |

---

## Section 9: Asset Pack Model (Updated)

Content is never produced as a single asset. Every input produces a pack.

| Source Input | Minimum Output Pack |
|---|---|
| TeqTalk transcript | Newsletter + 3 LinkedIn posts + article + carousel + 3 reel scripts + 2 quote cards + YouTube brief + blog |
| Blog post | 2 LinkedIn posts + carousel + email snippet + 2 persona variations |
| Case study | LinkedIn proof post + sell sheet copy + email proof asset + quote card |
| Webinar | Newsletter + 2 LinkedIn posts + blog recap + nurture email |
| Event recap | LinkedIn post + follow-up email + content teaser for next event |

**The repurposing rule:** One input = one pack. Never ask "which one do you want?" —
produce the full pack and let the human choose what to deploy when.

---

## Section 10: Content Pillar Calendar Structure

Run a 4-week rotating content calendar across all 5 messaging pillars:

Week 1: AI That Has a Foundation (CDO/Data leader audience)
Week 2: Full-Stack Partnership (CIO/CTO audience)
Week 3: Salesforce Done Right (RevOps/VP Sales audience)
Week 4: Industry-First Architecture (vertical-specific)
+ Ongoing: Outcomes, Not Configurations (proof posts — any week, any persona)

This ensures no persona is over-served or under-served, and no pillar dominates the feed.

---

## Section 8: First-Attempt Accuracy — Content Production Rules

These rules eliminate the most common content quality failures.
Run mentally before producing any asset.

### The 5 pre-flight checks
1. **Format confirmed?** Blog vs LinkedIn vs white paper vs video script — the structure is completely different
2. **Persona confirmed?** CIO, CDO, RevOps, VP Sales — word choice, pain points, and tone all change
3. **Industry confirmed?** Healthcare, Telecom, FinServ, Retail/CPG, Hi-Tech — never write generic
4. **Source material available?** Transcript, brief, or raw notes — always use what exists before creating from scratch
5. **Distribution channel confirmed?** LinkedIn, email, website, YouTube — each has hard format constraints

### Voice and tone — enforced on every asset
- Write as a senior Teqfocus practitioner — not a marketing department
- Every capability connected to a measurable outcome
- Never open LinkedIn posts with: "I" / "We" / "Excited to" / "Proud to"
- Never use: leverage · synergy · holistic · best-in-class · cutting-edge · robust
- Salesforce Summit credential: surface once, naturally — never announce as news
- American English throughout — no British spelling variants

### Format constraints by channel
| Channel | Hard limits |
|---|---|
| LinkedIn post | 3,000 chars max — write to 800–1,300 for best engagement |
| LinkedIn carousel | 8–12 slides — slide 1 is the hook, last slide is CTA |
| Blog post | 600–1,200 words for thought leadership; 1,500–2,500 for pillar/SEO |
| White paper | 2,000–4,000 words; sections: exec summary → problem → solution → proof → CTA |
| Video script (Reel/Short) | 30–60 seconds = 75–150 words; hook in first 3 seconds |
| Webinar script | 45-min session = ~5,500 words; 60-min = ~7,500 words |
| Press release | 400–600 words; inverted pyramid; dateline; boilerplate last |
| GTM newsletter | 300–500 words; 3 sections: insight → proof → CTA |
| Website copy (service page) | Hero headline ≤10 words; 3–5 value props; 1 CTA per section |

### Content pillar alignment — check before writing
Every asset must map to one of these pillars:
| Pillar | Core message |
|---|---|
| AI That Has a Foundation | AI is only as good as the data underneath it. Teqfocus builds both. |
| Full-Stack Partnership | From raw data to intelligent application — one partner, no gaps |
| Salesforce Done Right | Summit-level depth — built to perform and scale, not just go live |
| Industry-First Architecture | Every solution starts with your industry's specific data flows |
| Outcomes Not Configurations | Measured in adoption, revenue impact, cost reduction — not deliverables |

### Quality test — run on every draft
> "Could this content appear on a competitor's site without changing a word?"
> If YES → rewrite. If NO → it passes.

---

## Section 9: Content Refresh vs. Rewrite Decision Matrix

Before spending time rewriting old content, decide the right intervention:

| Situation | Action |
|---|---|
| Traffic declining but intent still valid | Refresh: update stats, add new examples, improve SEO |
| Stats/data are stale (>18 months) | Refresh: update specific claims |
| Product or service has changed | Rewrite: the premise has shifted |
| Keyword cannibalization discovered | Consolidate: merge into stronger page |
| Engagement low, bounce rate high | Rewrite: message-audience fit is wrong |
| Page ranks but doesn't convert | CRO: messaging/CTA problem, not content problem |
| Topic completely outdated (e.g., pre-AI) | Archive or redirect: not worth updating |

**Refresh triggers (check quarterly):**
- Any statistic from before the current year
- Platform references (check if still current — Pardot → Marketing Cloud Account Engagement)
- Client case studies (confirm client still active and approved)
- Pricing references (if publicly mentioned)

---

## Section 10: Emotional and Risk Reduction in Copy

Two sweeps that are consistently missing from Teqfocus copy:

### Emotional Resonance Sweep
Every asset should make the reader feel something specific.
For Teqfocus's CIO/CDO buyers, the right emotions are:

- **Confidence:** "This will actually work" — backed by specific proof
- **Relief:** "Someone finally understands this problem"
- **Urgency:** "I can't keep ignoring this" — not manufactured, real stakes

Test: After reading this copy, does the buyer feel differently than before?
If no — it's informational, not persuasive. Add one of:
- A consequence that resonates ("Every month without unified data...")
- A peer reference ("Other healthcare CDOs we work with describe it as...")
- A future state image ("Imagine your sales team..."

### Risk Reduction Sweep
Enterprise buyers weight risk heavily. For every claim in copy, ask:
"What's the buyer's fear about this claim?" Then address it.

| Claim | Fear | Risk reduction copy |
|---|---|---|
| "We'll deliver in 90 days" | "They'll rush and cut corners" | "Fixed-scope with defined milestones and weekly reviews" |
| "We've done this for healthcare orgs" | "They'll use generic approaches" | "We've mapped to your specific payer/provider workflows" |
| "Starting at $50K" | "It'll balloon to $500K" | "Phase 1 is fixed-scope. You decide before we proceed to Phase 2." |

## Section 11: 2026 Content Format Data + TeqTalk Splintering Hierarchy

### 2026 LinkedIn Format Performance (Source: Oktopost B2B Benchmark, March 2026, n=1,000+)
| Format | Engagement rate | Priority for Teqfocus |
|---|---|---|
| Document carousel (PDF post) | 6.60% | #1 — weekly |
| Native video (60–90s) | 5.60% | #2 — weekly |
| Text post (1,300–3,000 chars) | 2.90% | #3 — weekly |
| External link post | ~1.5% (penalized -60%) | Avoid in post body |

**Dwell time is the primary 2026 algorithm signal.**
Every content decision should ask: will this make someone pause and read for 60+ seconds?
- Carousels win because each swipe extends dwell time
- Long-form text wins because it takes 30–60 seconds to read
- Short posts with links lose because they generate one click and a fast scroll-past

### TeqTalk Content Splintering Hierarchy — 1 Episode → 35–45 Pieces

Priority order for repurposing:

**Tier 1 (always produce — every episode):**
- TeqTalk Newsletter — hook + 3 insights + guest quote + CTA (40–50% open rate target)
- 2–3 LinkedIn carousels from Jas's personal profile
- 1 native video clip (60–90s) for LinkedIn
- 1 text post (1,300–3,000 chars) from episode insight
- 5–10 YouTube Shorts clips (main channel, not split channel)
- Quote card for LinkedIn

**Tier 2 (most episodes):**
- YouTube thumbnail testing (8–15 variants, Test & Compare)
- LinkedIn employee advocacy versions for Avi + AEs
- Episode show notes with full transcript (feeds AI search citations — LinkedIn is #2 most-cited domain by LLMs in 2026)
- Sales enablement: route episode to demand-gen as sequence content if topic matches active vertical campaign

**Tier 3 (quarterly, high-value episodes):**
- Long-form LinkedIn article expanding the episode's core insight
- Blog post on teqfocus.com (feeds SEO and AI citation)
- TeqTalk Circle deep-dive for CXO community members

### Personal vs Company Page — When to Use Each

| Content type | Jas personal | Teqfocus company page |
|---|---|---|
| TeqTalk episode clips | ✅ Primary | Repurpose 48hrs later |
| Thought leadership posts | ✅ Always | Never — only Jas's POV |
| Company announcements | ✅ Mention naturally | ✅ Official announcement |
| Case studies / proof | Team member or Jas | ✅ Amplification |
| Event promotion | ✅ Jas personal invite | ✅ Company logistics |
| Carousels | ✅ Always Jas | Share from Jas's post |

### Cross-Platform Repurposing Sequence
1. Record → TeqTalk episode (Riverside)
2. Master edit → YouTube full episode + Spotify + Apple
3. Short-form editor → 8–12 clips → LinkedIn (60–90s) + YouTube Shorts (45–60s)
4. Designer → 2–3 carousels from episode frameworks
5. Claude → TeqTalk Newsletter + 3 LinkedIn post variants + quote card copy
6. Jas approves → publishes to personal profile (Tuesday carousel, Wednesday video, Friday text)
7. Avi + AEs → employee advocacy versions (their own POV, not copy-paste)
8. 48hrs later → Teqfocus company page repurpose
9. Week 2 → YouTube Shorts cadence (1/day)
10. Month 2 → Best-performing clips reshared with fresh commentary; episode into sales enablement

### Content Pillar Alignment for TeqTalk Episodes (Teqfocus-specific)
Every episode maps to one of the 5 Teqfocus content pillars AND one ICP vertical:

| Pillar | Episode angle | Best guest profile |
|---|---|---|
| AI That Has a Foundation | "Why your AI project stalled — and what the data layer had to do with it" | CDO, CTO who ran a failed AI pilot |
| Full-Stack Partnership | "What it actually takes to go from Salesforce license to production AI" | CIO who's navigated multi-vendor complexity |
| Salesforce Done Right | "What Summit-level delivery looks like vs. what you usually get" | RevOps leader or VP Sales who's been through a bad implementation |
| Industry-First Architecture | Healthcare/Insurance/Hi-Tech specific architecture episode | CIO/CDO from target vertical |
| Outcomes Not Configurations | Client success story episode (with naming clearance from proof library) | Teqfocus client executive |
