# Partner Marketing

> Partner marketing skill for Teqfocus — a Salesforce Summit Partner and full-stack Data, AI, and Application transformation company. Use this skill whenever the user wants to create any asset designed to influence, engage, or co-market with Teqfocus technology partners — primarily Salesforce and Snowflake. This includes: co-marketing one-pagers, joint pitch narratives, partner AE pitch emails, MDF justification documents, partner event collateral, Salesforce AppExchange or partner portal copy, joint case study framing, internal pitch decks to Salesforce or Snowflake account teams, partner newsletter content, co-branded landing pages, and partner QBR materials. Also trigger when the user mentions partner co-sell, Salesforce AE engagement, Snowflake partner team, MDF requests, partner portal listings, joint GTM motions, or influencing partners to refer or co-sell with Teqfocus. Always use this skill before writing any Teqfocus partner marketing asset — do not attempt from memory alone.

# Teqfocus Partner Marketing Skill

This skill governs all partner marketing asset creation for Teqfocus. The goal is simple: make Teqfocus the first SI that Salesforce AEs and Snowflake partner teams think of when a customer needs transformation help. Every asset must be built for the partner audience — not the end customer.

## How to Use This Skill

1. **Read this SKILL.md fully** before producing any asset
2. **Identify the partner and asset type** → load the relevant reference file
3. **Confirm the Brief** using Section 6 before writing
4. **Deliver complete, ready-to-use assets** — the partner team should be able to use it immediately

## Section 2: The Partner Marketing Mindset

Partner marketing is fundamentally different from customer marketing. The audience is internal — partner AEs, partner managers, alliance teams. They have different motivations and a different definition of useful.

### What Partner AEs Actually Care About

**Salesforce AEs care about:**
- Closing their quota — Teqfocus must make their deals easier to win
- Customer success — a bad SI experience reflects on the AE who recommended them
- Trust — they only refer partners they have seen deliver
- Speed — they need an SI who moves when a customer is ready
- Coverage — which clouds and which industries does Teqfocus actually know

**Snowflake Partner Teams care about:**
- Platform adoption and consumption growth — more Snowflake in the architecture is their win
- Customer reference stories — proof the joint solution works in market
- Technical depth — can Teqfocus actually architect Snowflake correctly
- Deal registration and pipeline visibility — they want joint opportunity volume

### The Partner Marketing Golden Rule
**Make the partner look good to their customer.** Every asset, every pitch, every co-sell motion should make the Salesforce AE or Snowflake partner rep look smart for recommending Teqfocus. That is the only test that matters.

---

## Section 3: Salesforce Partner Relationship

### Teqfocus' Position in the Salesforce Ecosystem
Teqfocus is a Salesforce Summit Partner — the highest tier globally. This means priority co-sell consideration, access to deep technical resources, and a credibility signal that matters when AEs recommend partners to customers.

### What Makes Teqfocus Different from Other Summit Partners
Most Summit Partners are either CRM-deep but data-thin, or large SIs with shallow Salesforce specialization. Teqfocus wins because it operates across the full stack — Salesforce as the application layer, Snowflake/Databricks as the data layer, AI/ML in between. For AEs selling Data Cloud, Agentforce, or complex multi-cloud builds, Teqfocus handles the entire architecture.

### Key Salesforce Co-Sell Scenarios
| Customer Situation | Why Teqfocus Wins |
|---|---|
| Data Cloud implementation | Teqfocus builds the data architecture that makes Data Cloud work — not just the Salesforce config |
| Agentforce deployment | Teqfocus builds the data foundation AI agents need to operate reliably |
| Health Cloud / FinServ Cloud | Deep industry vertical practice — not generalists learning on client time |
| Multi-cloud Salesforce complexity | Full-stack partner who handles complexity without coordination overhead |
| Salesforce + Snowflake integration | Teqfocus is the bridge — Summit credentials + Snowflake partner |
| AMS / post-go-live optimization | Dedicated managed services practice with long-term client relationships |

---

## Section 4: Snowflake Partner Relationship

### Teqfocus' Value to Snowflake
Snowflake's growth depends on partners who drive adoption and consumption. Teqfocus accelerates both by building Snowflake as the data foundation in every applicable engagement, connecting it to Salesforce Data Cloud and CRM Analytics, and serving the industries where Snowflake has aggressive growth targets.

### Key Snowflake Co-Sell Scenarios
| Customer Situation | Teqfocus + Snowflake Play |
|---|---|
| Legacy data warehouse modernization | Teqfocus architects the migration — Snowflake gets a new logo |
| AI/ML initiative needs a data foundation | Teqfocus builds on Snowflake — drives consumption growth |
| Salesforce Data Cloud needs a data layer | Teqfocus connects Snowflake to Data Cloud — joint win |
| Healthcare data interoperability | Teqfocus + Snowflake Health Data Cloud solution |
| Real-time analytics for enterprise | Snowflake + Tableau + Teqfocus delivery |

---

## Section 5: Partner Messaging Rules

### Always
- Write for the partner first — they are the primary audience, not the end customer
- Make it easy for an AE to explain Teqfocus in 30 seconds to their customer
- Lead with what Teqfocus does for the partner's deal — not Teqfocus' company story
- Use partner-native language: "co-sell," "deal registration," "territory," "quota," "ACV," "attach rate"
- Keep it short — partner assets are consumed in under 2 minutes
- End every asset with a specific action — referral process, meeting request, pipeline registration

### Never
- Write partner assets that read like customer pitch decks
- Use generic "partnership is important" language without specifics
- Make Teqfocus the hero — the partner's customer outcome is the hero
- Use: "leverage," "synergy," "holistic," "end-to-end solutions," "cutting-edge"
- Announce Summit Partnership as news in partner materials — they know the ecosystem

---

## Section 6: Partner Marketing Brief Intake Checklist

**Confirm before writing any partner asset:**

- [ ] **Partner** — Salesforce, Snowflake, Databricks, or other?
- [ ] **Asset Type** — AE email, one-pager, MDF proposal, co-branded deck, event collateral, QBR?
- [ ] **Audience Within Partner** — AE / field sales, partner manager, alliance team, solutions engineer?
- [ ] **Industry Focus** — Vertical-specific or cross-industry?
- [ ] **Joint Scenario** — What customer situation is this built for?
- [ ] **Proof Point Available** — Joint customer win, approved case study, pipeline data?
- [ ] **MDF / Investment Ask** — Is there a specific budget request attached?
- [ ] **CTA / Next Step** — What do we want the partner to do after seeing this asset?

> Partner assets with no clear ask get filed and forgotten. Always end with a specific action.

## Section 7: Joint Value Propositions

### Teqfocus + Salesforce (for AEs)
> *"Teqfocus brings Summit-level Salesforce depth plus the data and AI architecture that makes Salesforce investments actually deliver. For customers who need more than CRM — data-ready AI, industry-specific builds, or full-stack transformation — Teqfocus handles the entire chain."*

**30-second version for AEs:**
> *"Teqfocus is the partner I bring in when the deal needs Salesforce AND the data layer — they're Summit-level and they don't stop at the CRM."*

### Teqfocus + Snowflake (for partner reps)
> *"Teqfocus builds Snowflake as the data foundation for enterprise AI, analytics, and Salesforce integration. For customers modernizing their data platform or trying to get AI working — Teqfocus gets Snowflake live, connected, and driving outcomes."*

**30-second version for Snowflake reps:**
> *"Teqfocus is the implementation partner who architectures Snowflake correctly and connects it to Salesforce and the AI layer — so customers see ROI, not just infrastructure."*

---

## Section 9: Event Co-Marketing — Dreamforce 2025 & Snowflake Summit 2026

### Dreamforce 2025 (San Francisco)
Teqfocus runs multiple side events during Dreamforce week. Partner co-marketing role:
- Salesforce AE co-invite template (AE forwards to shared accounts)
- Co-branded event page copy (Teqfocus hosts, Salesforce ecosystem context)
- Joint LinkedIn posts: "Teqfocus + Salesforce at Dreamforce" angle
- MDF justification tied to event attendance and pipeline generated

**Dreamforce partner messaging:**
> "Teqfocus brings the implementation depth that makes Salesforce stick — and Dreamforce is where we bring that conversation to the ecosystem."

### Snowflake Summit 2026
Teqfocus participates in Snowflake Summit. Partner co-marketing assets:
- Snowflake partner team co-invite to shared accounts
- "From data platform to AI-ready architecture" joint positioning
- Co-hosted dinner or roundtable (if arranged) — invite campaign produced by events-engine skill
- Post-Summit follow-up email from Snowflake SE + Teqfocus AE (coordinated)

**Snowflake Summit partner messaging:**
> "Teqfocus bridges Snowflake's data platform to Salesforce and the application layer — so Summit attendees see what the full stack looks like in production."

---

## Section 10: Partner Asset Triggering by Project

| Project | Partner Marketing Touchpoints |
|---|---|
| P1 ABM Engine | Partner co-sell asset when target account is Salesforce or Snowflake customer |
| P4 Events Engine | Co-invite templates for Dreamforce and Snowflake Summit |
| P3 Content Engine | Joint thought leadership when partner angle strengthens the content |

---

## Section 8: Salesforce AE Co-Sell Motion

How to activate Salesforce AEs to refer accounts to Teqfocus:

### Step 1: Get on the AE's radar (pre-co-sell)
- Attend Salesforce partner events and QBRs — meet AEs in person when possible
- Send personal note after events: "Great meeting — here's one thing that might help your [industry] accounts this quarter"
- Share relevant Teqfocus case study: "We just wrapped a Health Cloud + Data Cloud engagement for [similar org] — might be useful if you have healthcare accounts"

### Step 2: Make referrals easy for AEs
- One-pager specifically for AEs: "When to bring in Teqfocus" (not a Teqfocus marketing doc — a reference for AEs)
- Clear handoff process: "Here's what happens when you introduce us — we protect your relationship"
- Revenue credit clarity: understand how Salesforce's partner referral credit works

### Step 3: Co-sell on active opportunities
- AE introduces Teqfocus as their recommended implementation partner
- Teqfocus provides the technical solutioning and proposal
- AE stays in the loop — joint calls where appropriate
- Teqfocus closes and delivers — AE earns CSAT credit

### Co-sell message for Salesforce AEs
"Teqfocus is a Summit Partner since 2012 — 400+ certifications, 4.9 CSAT.
When your accounts need Data Cloud, Agentforce, or Health Cloud done right,
we handle the implementation so you can stay focused on the relationship.
We don't sell anything. We build what you sold."

## Section 9: MDF Justification Framework

When requesting Marketing Development Funds from Salesforce or Snowflake:

**MDF request structure:**
1. **Activity:** What specifically are we funding? (event, content, campaign)
2. **Target audience:** How many accounts, what tier, which verticals
3. **Expected outcomes:** Pipeline influenced, leads generated, brand impressions [VERIFY thresholds with partner]
4. **Teqfocus co-investment:** What are we contributing? (matching funds, time, content)
5. **Measurement plan:** How will we report results back to the partner?
6. **Timeline:** Start date, completion date, reporting date

**What Salesforce/Snowflake typically fund:**
- Joint events (CXO dinners with Salesforce/Snowflake presence)
- Co-branded thought leadership content
- Webinars featuring Salesforce/Snowflake speakers
- Industry-specific campaign materials

**What they typically don't fund:**
- Generic Teqfocus marketing
- Content that doesn't mention the partner
- Retrospective funding (after the activity)

---

## Section 10: Partner Newsletter Structure

The Salesforce or Snowflake-focused version of the GTM newsletter:

**Format:**
1. **Joint win or proof point** — a recent engagement where the partnership created value
2. **Co-sell signal** — what Teqfocus is seeing in the market that's relevant to the partner's AEs
3. **Upcoming opportunity** — next event or campaign where AEs can bring their accounts
4. **One resource** — a case study, white paper, or tool AEs can share with their accounts

**Length:** 200–350 words. AEs scan. Make every sentence earn its place.
**Send to:** Salesforce/Snowflake partner contacts, not end customers
**Frequency:** Monthly or after each significant joint activity
