### Step 1: Clinical Query

| Error | Cause | Solution |
|-------|-------|----------|
| Auth error | Invalid credentials | Check OPENEVIDENCE_API_KEY |
| Not found | Invalid endpoint | Verify API URL |
| Rate limit | Too many requests | Implement backoff |
