# Cold Outreach

Research a short list of prospects and write a personalized first message for
each — relevant enough to earn a reply.

## When to use

- You have a target account or person and no warm introduction.
- A campaign needs a first-touch sequence that does not read as spam.

## Steps

1. **Qualify** the list — drop anyone who is a poor fit before writing a word.
2. **Research** each prospect: one specific, current reason to reach out.
3. **Write** a short message — one hook, one ask, one clear next step.
4. **Personalize** the opening line from the research, never a mail-merge token.
5. **Plan** two follow-ups spaced a few days apart, each adding new value.

## Output

A per-prospect message with a personalized opener and a single call to action,
plus a two-step follow-up plan. Park the actual send for the operator's
approval.
