# Demo Day Prep

Sharpen a founder's demo-day pitch until the story lands and the ask is clear in
the few minutes they get.

## When to use

- Demo day is approaching and pitches need polish.
- A founder's story is strong but the delivery is not.

## Steps

1. **Anchor** the pitch on one memorable line about the company.
2. **Shape** the arc: problem, insight, traction, and ask.
3. **Cut** everything that does not earn its seconds.
4. **Tighten** the slides to one idea each.
