# Go-to-market Plan

Plan how a new venture gets its first real users — one channel, one message,
measured honestly.

## When to use

- An MVP is close and needs a launch plan.
- A launched venture is guessing at distribution.

## Steps

1. **Name** the earliest adopter and where they already are.
2. **Pick** one channel to win before adding a second.
3. **Craft** the one message that speaks to that adopter's pain.
4. **Define** the funnel and the metric that proves it works.
5. **Plan** the first two weeks of concrete actions.

## Output

A go-to-market plan: target adopter, one channel, the message, and a two-week
action plan, following the [[Studio standards]]. Sends wait on the operator.
