# Opportunity Brief

Turn the week's ranked opportunities into a brief the operator can read fast and
act on with confidence.

## When to use

- The weekly scan is done and needs delivering.
- The operator asks what is worth pursuing right now.

## Steps

1. **Lead** with the single strongest opportunity and why now.
2. **Summarize** each shortlisted opportunity in a tight card.
3. **Show** the evidence and the size behind each.
4. **State** the first concrete step to pursue it.
5. **Note** what dropped and why, so nothing is silently lost.

## Output

A dated brief: a ranked set of opportunity cards, each with evidence, size, and
a next step, following the [[Ranking rubric]]. The operator decides what to fund.
