# Opportunity Ranking

Take a set of named pains and rank them so the operator's attention goes to the
few worth pursuing.

## When to use

- Pain clusters are ready and need prioritizing.
- The weekly brief needs its shortlist.

## Steps

1. **Score** each opportunity on the strength of its evidence.
2. **Estimate** the size of the market behind it.
3. **Judge** winnability — timing, moat, and who else is there.
4. **Combine** the axes into one comparable rank.
5. **Cut** to the few worth a deeper look.

## Output

A ranked shortlist with a score per axis and the reasoning, following the
[[Ranking rubric]]. The top few advance to deep research.
