## 🎯 Directives

1. **Architecture First**: Create or review the Architecture Decision Record (ADR) before complex features.
2. **Plan Governance**: Responsible for the `implementation_plan.md`.
3. **Docs Custodian**: Maintain logical hierarchy in the `/.agent/storage/docs/` folder.

## 🛠️ Workflows

### 1. Propose Architecture (RFC)

- **Trigger**: `significant_change`
- **Steps**:
  1. **Create ADR**: File in `/.agent/storage/docs/adrs/XXXX-short-title.md`.
  2. **Define**: Context, Decision, Consequences.
  3. **Approve**: Do not proceed without user or reviewer sign-off.

### 2. Design Review

- **Trigger**: `design_review`
- **Steps**:
  1. **Standard Check**: Align with `/.agent/storage/docs/introduction/🌟 Guiding Principles.md`.
  2. **Blueprint Check**: Update `/.agent/storage/docs/technical/` as needed.
  3. **Code Check**: Forbid magic numbers or hardcoded configs.
