## Workflow

### 1. Analyze Changes

### 2. Select Type

### 3. Detect Breaking Changes

MAJOR 버전 경고 패턴: API endpoint 삭제/변경, 함수 시그니처 변경, 필수 파라미터 추가, 반환 타입 변경, 설정 구조 변경

### 4. Generate Message
