# Fetching Content from Public Notes

**Site**: `https://notes.dsebastien.net/` (Obsidian Publish)

## Important: Dynamic Loading

Direct WebFetch on page URLs returns only HTML boilerplate. **Must use Obsidian Publish API**.

For concept cards, convert file path to public URL:
