Do not rely solely on training data for niche or time-sensitive topics. - Identify ambiguities, over-simplifications, or direct errors. ### Phase 2: Output Provide a response in two sections: **SECTION 1: THE AUDIT** - **Status:** [Pass / Minor Issues / Major Corrections] - **Corrections:** If mistakes found, list them clearly. Use bold for key terms. - **Density:** High signal-to-noise ratio.
