Use `rg` to search code and identify the correct area to edit. Check READMEs in relevant directories for commands.

## Structure

- `apps/`: Next.js/TanStack frontends
- `packages/`: shared TS libs + Convex backend
- `services/`: Go/Kotlin/Rails/Python services
- `argocd/`, `kubernetes/`, `tofu/`, `ansible/`: infra + GitOps
