# iDumb Meta-Builder

Meta-skill for transforming unstructured, overlapping, or confusing user specifications into structured, governance-compliant workflow modules.

## Vision

The iDumb framework operates on **spec-driven development**:

1. **Input**: User provides specification (may be unorganized, overlapping, verbose)
2. **Process**: Meta-builder parses, classifies, and structures into iDumb module
3. **Output**: Reusable workflow module with validation, checkpoints, integration points
4. **Validation**: Module can be validated independently, composed with others, tracked for drift
