If omitted, returns local system time. **Example:** To check time in Jakarta: `command`: `.venv/bin/python ~/.myaaw/skills/time/scripts/time_skill.py Asia/Jakarta` To check local time: `command`: `.venv/bin/python ~/.myaaw/skills/time/scripts/time_skill.py` **Dependencies:** This script requires the `pytz` package.
