# Session: DC-012 Integration Tests

## Session Summary

Implemented DC-012 integration tests for the dynamic devcontainer feature using ZERG methodology.

### Accomplishments

1. **Created task infrastructure**:
   - `.gsd/specs/dc-012-integration-tests/task-graph.json` - ZERG task graph
   - `.gsd/tasks/dc-012-integration-tests/BACKLOG.md` - Task backlog
   - 9 prompt files for worker execution

2. **Fixed configuration**:
   - Updated `.zerg/config.yaml` to match new ZergConfig schema
   - quality_gates as list of QualityGate objects
   - mcp_servers as list of strings

3. **Implemented 8 test files** (79 tests total):
   - `conftest_container.py` - Shared fixtures and helpers
   - `test_container_detection.py` - Multi-language detection (2 tests)
   - `test_container_devcontainer.py` - Devcontainer generation (3 tests)
   - `test_container_launcher_checks.py` - Launcher availability (3 tests)
   - `test_container_orchestrator.py` - Orchestrator mode selection (2 tests)
   - `test_container_init_cmd.py` - Init command CLI (1 test)
   - `test_container_rush_cmd.py` - Rush --mode flag (1 test)
   - `test_container_e2e.py` - End-to-end flow (1 test)

4. **Fixed API mismatches**:
   - `write_to_file` → `write_devcontainer(languages, output_dir)`
   - `ContainerLauncher.docker_available()` → local `docker_cli_available()` helper
   - `image_exists(image_name)` → `image_exists()` (uses self.image_name)
   - Orchestrator tests rewritten to use `isinstance()` checks

5. **Updated backlog**: Marked DC-012 complete (12/12 tasks, 100%)

## Technical Learnings

### ZergConfig Schema
```yaml

### Task Graph Schema
- `tasks` must be an array, not a dict
- `files` must be `{create: [], modify: [], read: []}`
- Levels must be >= 1 (1-indexed)
- Dependencies must be in lower levels

### API Patterns
- `DynamicDevcontainerGenerator.write_devcontainer(languages, output_dir)` - languages first
- `ContainerLauncher(image_name=...)` - image_name at init, not per-call
- Orchestrator has `.launcher` attribute, use `isinstance()` for type checks
