# Conversation ID Display Fix

**Version Implemented:** 0.229.001

## Summary
Added conversation ID display to the Basic Information section of the conversation metadata modal.

## Issue
The conversation metadata modal was missing the conversation ID, which is useful for debugging and reference purposes.

## Solution
Modified `chat-conversation-details.js` to include the conversation ID as the first item in the Basic Information section.

## Changes Made

### 1. Updated HTML Structure
Added conversation ID display as the first item in the Basic Information grid:

```javascript

  <strong>Conversation ID:</strong> <code class="text-muted">${conversationId}</code>
</div>
```

### 2. Updated Function Signature
Modified `renderConversationMetadata` to accept the conversation ID parameter:

```javascript
function renderConversationMetadata(metadata, conversationId)
```

### 3. Updated Function Call
Updated the call to pass the conversation ID:

```javascript
content.innerHTML = renderConversationMetadata(metadata, conversationId);
```

## Result
The Basic Information section now displays:
1. **Conversation ID** (new) - Styled with `<code>` tag for readability
2. **Last Updated** 
3. **Strict Mode**
4. **Chat Type**
5. **Classifications**

## Files Modified
- `static/js/chat/chat-conversation-details.js`: Added conversation ID display
- `config.py`: Updated version to 0.226.079

## Testing
- Created comprehensive test: `functional_tests/test_conversation_id_display.py`
- Validates HTML structure, positioning, and function call chain
- Confirms support for various conversation ID formats
