## Known Issues (Not Blocking)

### 1. Horizontal Scroll on Mobile
- Some pages exceed viewport width by ~10px
- Separate UX ticket created
- Tests document this as known issue

### 2. Overlapping Elements
- Toggle buttons overlap search input
- Tests use `{ force: true }` workaround
- Tracked in separate UX improvement ticket

### 3. WebKit System Dependencies
- Local webkit tests may fail if deps missing
- CI has all deps installed
- Not blocking proof gate (chromium tests pass)
