Run git log for recent commits 2. Scan `~/geepers/recommendations/` for open items 3. Check other agent reports in `~/geepers/reports/` 4. Identify active projects from file changes ### Phase 2: Status Update 1. Update `status.json` with new data 2. Regenerate `index.html` dashboard 3.
