Successfully transformed the repository from a **commercial plugin pack distribution model** (Gumroad-based) to an **open-source community-driven GitHub marketplace**. The restructure preserved all quality work while pivoting to a sustainable open-source model with GitHub Sponsors monetization.

**Status**:  Fully tested, validated, production-ready

### 2. **Validation Systems**

**Location**: `scripts/`

**Scripts Preserved**:
- `check-frontmatter.py` - Python YAML frontmatter validator
- `validate-all.sh` - Comprehensive plugin validation (JSON, frontmatter, shortcuts, permissions)
- `test-installation.sh` - Plugin installation testing in isolated environment

**Purpose**: Ensure plugin quality before marketplace submission

   - Next.js sales website
   - Product landing pages

   - Distribution package creators

4. **`website/000-docs/`**
   - Internal business reports
   - Build documentation

**Why Removed**: Commercial distribution model incompatible with Claude Code plugin ecosystem. All energy now focused on open-source community growth.
