#### validate-readme.py

**Purpose:** Validate README.md for quality and completeness

**Validation Checks:**
- Required sections (overview, getting started, license, contact)
- Recommended sections (installation, usage, contributing, acknowledgements, issues)
- Link validation (format checking)
- Badge extraction and counting
- Markdown formatting issues:
  - Lists without blank lines
  - Code blocks without language specification
  - Very long lines (>120 chars)
- Header structure (H1 count, level skipping)

**Scoring System (0-100):**
- Start at 100
- Deduct for missing required sections (10 points each)
- Deduct for missing recommended sections (5 points each, max 20)
