Most common questions I get:
1. [question]
2. [question]
3. [question]
[add as many as you have]

My answers (rough): [describe what you'd say]
Format: clean Q&A for my website
Tone: [friendly/professional/casual]
```
### Write enquiry responses
```
A customer asked: "[paste their message or question]"

My business: [type]
The answer: [describe in plain English]
Tone: [friendly/professional]

Write a response I can send directly.
```
### After-hours auto-reply
```
Write an after-hours auto-reply for my [business type].
My hours: [list opening hours]
How customers can book/contact: [describe — online booking link, call, email]
Response time promise: [I'll get back to them within X hours]
Tone: [warm/professional]
```
### Appointment booking message flow
```
Create a message flow for appointment bookings at my [salon/clinic/studio/service].
When someone enquires, I need to:
1. Confirm availability
2. Explain what to expect
3. Collect their details
4. Send a confirmation

Write templates for each step.
```
### Handling "how much does it cost?" enquiries
```
People ask me for pricing all the time but my prices vary.
My service: [describe]
Why pricing varies: [explain — it depends on X, Y, Z]

Write a response that:
- Doesn't give a flat number that's wrong for some people
- Asks the right qualifying questions
- Sounds helpful, not evasive
- Ends with an easy next step (book a consultation / send me more details)
```
### Common objection responses
```
Write responses for these common objections in my [business type]:
1. "Your prices are too high"
2. "I need to think about it"
3. "I found someone cheaper"
4. "I'll just do it myself"

Tone: confident but not pushy. Keep each response under 100 words.
```
## Example
**You say:**
```
I'm a personal trainer. Write me an FAQ for my website.
Most common questions:
- How much does it cost?
- Do you offer online training?
- How long until I see results?
- What if I'm a complete beginner?
- Do I need my own equipment?
- How do I get started?
Tone: motivating and approachable, not corporate.
```
**Claude writes:**
**Frequently Asked Questions**
**How much does it cost?**
Sessions start from $[X] for 1-to-1 coaching and $[X] for online programs. I offer packages that reduce the per-session cost — let's chat and find what fits your budget and goals.
**Do you offer online training?**
Yes! I work with clients across [city/country] via video call. You'll get the same personalised attention as in-person, plus the flexibility to train anywhere.
**How long until I see results?**
Most clients notice increased energy and improved fitness within 3-4 weeks. Visible physical changes typically start showing at 6-8 weeks — but this depends on consistency, nutrition, and your starting point. I'll set realistic milestones so you always know you're progressing.
**What if I'm a complete beginner?**
Perfect — I specialise in helping people who've never trained consistently before. We'll start at your pace, focus on building confidence, and I'll explain everything clearly so you never feel lost.
**Do I need my own equipment?**
No. I'll design your program around what you have access to — whether that's a gym, home equipment, or just your bodyweight.
**How do I get started?**
Book a free 20-minute call and we'll talk about your goals, current fitness level, and the best approach for you. No obligation. → [Book here]
