---

HOOK
Enterprises stopped chasing every AI announcement. Now they're consolidating around what actually works—and it's creating a clear divide between winners and laggards.

---

CONTEXT
Six months into 2026, enterprise AI adoption has shifted. The early hype is gone. What remains is pragmatic, ROI-focused deployment—and a clear winner's circle emerging around 5 specific trends.

---

INSIGHT 1: AGENTIC WORKFLOWS ARE THE NEW FRONTIER
Leading enterprises are moving past single-task AI models toward agentic systems that can plan, execute, and report autonomously. McKinsey data (May 2026) shows 67% of Fortune 500 companies testing agentic workflows, with 35% in production on at least one use case.

---

INSIGHT 2: MODEL CONSOLIDATION IS REAL
Companies are dumping multi-model stacks for single-vendor relationships. "The complexity tax is too high," says [Expert]. This favors Anthropic and OpenAI; smaller model providers are feeling pressure.

---

TAKEAWAY
The next phase of enterprise AI isn't about "more models" or "more data." It's about depth, reliability, and measurable ROI. Companies betting on breadth are getting left behind.
