## Instructions

1. **Gather compensation data.** Base salary, bonus %, equity grant, signing bonus, and benefits summary.
2. **Select template.** Choose appropriate template: full-time, part-time, intern, or executive.
3. **Populate terms.** Start date, reporting manager, title, level, location/remote status, at-will statement.
4. **Detail equity.** Grant size, vesting schedule (standard 4yr/1yr cliff), exercise period, and current 409A valuation.
5. **Include benefits summary.** Health, 401k, PTO policy, learning budget, and any role-specific perks.
6. **Add legal clauses.** Confidentiality, IP assignment, non-solicitation (where enforceable), and dispute resolution.
7. **Review and personalize.** Add personal welcome note from hiring manager; verify all numbers match approved comp package.
