# Notion Database Architect Skill

## Purpose
Design clean Notion databases from rough project requirements.

## Use when
A user asks for a Notion base, tracker, dashboard, CRM, planner, project OS, or shared workspace.

## Workflow
1. Identify the real entities: tasks, people, places, events, purchases, expenses, notes, decisions, and files.
2. Split databases by lifecycle, not by vibes.
3. Define title, status, date, owner, priority, notes, link, and cost fields where useful.
4. Add starter rows when dates or known items exist.
5. Add views for Today, This Week, Needs Action, Calendar, Board, and Archive.
6. Add a QA checklist and open questions.

## Output
Return the database list, schemas, suggested views, starter rows, and next questions.
