# Adapt Framework

This skill has one mode, `adapt`. Forward `$ARGUMENTS` unchanged and load `references/adaptation-workflow.md`.

The reference owns the complete idempotent Phase 0-9 workflow. Its boundary is mandatory: Phases 0-2 are analysis and planning only; Phase 3 begins only after explicit approval of `.context/reports/adapt-framework-plan.md`. Never bypass its genericness scan, credential stops, or ordered verification gate.
