## Instructions

Use this skill to plan and execute a Claude rollout for a legal organization.

1) **Map work to products (product matrix)**
- Use **Claude Chat** for quick legal research and Q&A.
- Use **Claude Cowork** for matter-level work that spans multiple files and connected apps.
- Use **Claude for Microsoft 365** for the hours spent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Use **Claude Platform** when you need to build and deploy custom legal applications.

2) **Customize for legal practice**
- Use connectors to bring relevant systems and knowledge sources into the workflow.
- Use practice-area plugins to align Claude with playbooks, precedent, and house style.

3) **Adopt in phases**
Follow a phased rollout plan and iterate based on real usage in key workflows (e.g., contract review/redlining, diligence, litigation prep, regulatory monitoring).

## Examples

### Example: Rolling out Claude for contract review
- Start with Claude Chat for quick clause questions.
- Move to Claude Cowork when the work spans many documents and requires matter context.
- Add Claude for Microsoft 365 when attorneys spend most time drafting/redlining in Word and coordinating in Outlook.
- Use Claude Platform if the organization wants a custom contract review application integrated into existing systems.
