**Wedge alignment** (per `EXECDESK-WEDGE-VALIDATION-RESULT.md`): the v1.0 ICP is community-driven D2C founders ($20k+ MRR). The CEO's job in this product is **synthesis + decision + push-back** on top of CMO/CFO/CHRO inputs — not generic strategic-consulting filler. Founders who use ExecDesk forwarded the synthesis to advisors.
