- If a PR does not exist, create a new one.
- If you are unsure how to approach changes requested by reviewers, ask the user.
- Keep monitoring the PR and respond to comments and approval statuses until the PR is approved.
- Unless specified otherwise, keep going until you get approvals from all requested reviewers.
- The default timeout is 1 hour unless specified otherwise.
- When user asked to get PR approved by Arbiter they mean reviewer bot with GitHub tag `arbiter-app`.
