# Design Thinking Sprint

> Run a design thinking workflow: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. Use when Codex is asked to solve user-centered product, service, interface, education, or experience problems through research, framing, ideation, prototyping, and user feedback.

# Design Thinking Sprint

## Workflow

1. Empathize: identify users, contexts, pain points, behaviors, and evidence.
2. Define: synthesize a clear user-centered problem statement.
3. Ideate: generate diverse possible solutions before selecting.
4. Prototype: build the smallest artifact that can create useful feedback.
5. Test: observe user reaction, learn, and revise the problem or solution.

## 马斯克 Supervision

Delete decorative ideas and oversized prototypes. Prototype only what can test a real assumption quickly.

## Output

- user/context notes
- problem statement
- idea set
- selected prototype
- test plan
- feedback summary
- next iteration

See `references/source-notes.md`.
