# GTD Workflow

## Workflow

1. Capture every open loop without judging it.
2. Clarify each item: trash, reference, someday, delegated, calendar, project, or next action.
3. Organize into trusted lists by context, project, waiting-for, calendar, and review cadence.
4. Reflect: review lists, outcomes, stale items, and commitments.
5. Engage: choose next action by context, time, energy, and priority.

## 马斯克 Supervision

Before organizing everything, delete unnecessary commitments. Do not optimize a task list full of work that should not exist.

## Output

- inbox decisions
- project list
- next-action list
- waiting-for list
- calendar actions
- someday/maybe list
- weekly review checklist
