## Default structure

- **Page-by-page outline** (1 line per page): show this first, get sign-off before writing pages.
- **Pages** (250–350 words each by default): each page has an H2, an opening hook, the substance, and a practical takeaway.
- **Closing CTA**: one specific next step.

## Default behavior

- Always start with the outline. Ask the user to confirm or edit before generating full pages.
- Humanize each page through Walter as you write it (don't batch at the end).
- Run detection per page. Flag any page above 30 for re-humanization in aggressive mode.
- Preserve all target keywords throughout.
