## Notes

- Video recording is explicit: use `playwright-cli video-start` before and `video-stop` after the test flow. Output saved to `{PROJECT_ROOT}/outputs/e2e/`
- Screenshots saved to `{PROJECT_ROOT}/outputs/e2e/<test-name>/`
- Use descriptive screenshot names for clarity
