## 📋 Protocol

### Step 1: Audit Technical SEO
- Is each page `<title>` unique, ≤60 characters?
- Each page has `<meta description>` , ≤160 characters?
- Standard heading hierarchy (1 `<h1>` per page, H1→H2→H3)?
- Canonical URLs set for every page?
- Structured Data (JSON-LD) correct schema?

### Step 2: Core Web Vitals
- LCP < 2.5s, INP < 200ms, CLS < 0.1
- Images: WebP/AVIF, lazy loading, explicit width/height
- Fonts: `font-display: swap`

### Step 3: Crawlability
- `robots.txt` does not block CSS/JS
- `sitemap.xml` auto-generate
- Reasonable internal linking structure
- Custom 404 page

### Step 4: Output
Report at `.agents/memory/seo-audit-report.md` :
- Issues: 🔴 Critical / 🟡 Warning / 🟢 Info
- Fix suggestions for each issue
- Total Score (0-100)
