Official current documentation for Argo CD, the declarative GitOps continuous delivery tool for Kubernetes.

CRITICAL: grep `references/` for keywords before answering. Treat Kubernetes manifests, CLI output, credentials, and version-sensitive upgrade paths as examples until verified for the target Argo CD release.
