# CNKI Results Pagination and Sorting

> **RC browser tool**: navigate with `browser action=open url="..."`; run the JS in each step via `browser action=act kind=evaluate fn="<the async function shown>"` (the whole function body goes into `fn`). Never pass a `profile` — RC uses its default managed Chrome (CDP 18800).

All operations use a single async `browser act kind=evaluate` — no snapshot or wait_for needed.

## Arguments

`$ARGUMENTS` should be one of:
- `next` / `previous` / `page N` — pagination
- `sort by date` / `sort by citations` / `sort by downloads` / `sort by relevance` / `sort by comprehensive` — sorting

## Pagination (single browser act kind=evaluate)

Replace `ACTION_HERE` with `"next"`, `"previous"`, or `"page 3"`:

Replace `SORT_HERE` with `"relevance"`, `"date"`, `"citations"`, `"downloads"`, or `"comprehensive"`:

## Captcha detection

Check `#tcaptcha_transform_dy` element's `getBoundingClientRect().top >= 0`.
Only active when `top >= 0` (visible). Pre-loaded SDK sits at `top: -1000000px`.
