# Creator Search

Build the actual search logic behind creator discovery. This skill is about
search setup, filtering, and narrowing, not full campaign planning.

## When to Activate

Activate when the user asks to:
- search for creators by niche or audience
- define creator search filters
- narrow a creator database
- build shortlist rules from a brief
- set up repeatable creator search logic

## Workflow

1. Extract the must-have search constraints: category, audience, geography,
   language, platform, tier, and exclusions
2. Separate hard filters from preference filters
3. Produce the exact search setup and narrowing order
4. Define what qualifies a creator for shortlist review
5. Hand off to vetting or outreach when needed
