<process_workflow>
1. For sending: Execute `imsg chats --limit 20 --json` to resolve the target name to a valid phone number or chat ID.
2. Present the resolved recipient and exact message text to the user for confirmation.
3. Upon approval, execute `imsg send --to <number> --text <message> [--file <path>]`.
4. For reading: Execute `imsg history --chat-id <ID> --limit <N> --json` to retrieve recent context.
5. Parse the JSON to present a chronological chat log.
