# Poland Disability and Accessibility

Use for disability-certification routes, PFRON-linked support, rehabilitation
or assistive-service orientation, accessibility barriers, reasonable workplace
or education adjustments, parking-card administration, and local care support.
Do not diagnose a condition or decide degree, capacity, disability status, or
benefit entitlement.

Distinguish the requested effect, age group, broad insurance/employment or
education context, locality, existing decision category if any, and whether the
problem is access, certification, funding, appeal, or urgent care. Keep medical
details outside bundled plugin inputs and durable artifacts.

Identify the competent team or authority and the official evidence categories;
then show public guidance, channel, locality variation, likely personal-visit
requirements, and facts that need current confirmation. Read

For a requested protected-service workflow, use
`../../references/automation-playbook.md`. The user authenticates and limits
the health/disability-record scope. The agent may assist with navigation and
reviewable fields, but a medical declaration, consent, signature, or attestation
is user-controlled; any submission, booking, send, upload, download, or record
change needs a fresh action-time confirmation.
