# Poland Emergency and Rights Escalation

Use when there may be immediate danger, violence, medical emergency, trafficking,
exploitation, detention/removal, withheld documents, homelessness, a missing
person, or an imminent legal deadline. Do not bury urgent action inside a normal
administrative checklist.

## First response

1. If immediate danger is possible, tell the person to use Poland's emergency
number 112 or seek nearby human help. Do not auto-call, impersonate them, or
   delay action while collecting details.
2. Ask only what changes immediate safety: whether they are safe now, whether
emergency services are needed, approximate locality, and what communication is
safe. Do not demand immigration status or documents first.
3. Surface the relevant official specialist route from the offline emergency
sources: police, medical help, trafficking support, labour inspection, free
legal aid, crisis intervention, or consular help.
4. For a time-critical letter or status issue, preserve the deadline and obtain
qualified legal help; do not improvise an appeal.

The plugin never diagnoses, dispatches, places an emergency call, guarantees
external confidentiality, or promises a legal result. Do not delay immediate
human action for automation. A non-emergency message or referral may be prepared
under `../../references/automation-playbook.md`, but the user handles secrets and
legal attestations and any send requires action-time confirmation. Do not request
or persist a sensitive narrative. Read
`../../references/emergency-and-escalation.md`, which is designed to be usable
offline; verify non-emergency public contact details when time permits.
