# Poland EU Mobility

Use for EU/EEA/Swiss citizens and their family members, free-movement residence
registration, cross-border work, study, social-security coordination, or SOLVIT.
Do not route third-country national procedures here merely because a person previously
lived in the EU.

Confirm citizenship group, family-member relationship where relevant, duration
and purpose of stay, work/study/self-sufficiency context, Polish locality, and any
cross-border employer or benefit connection. Keep the EU citizen's path separate
from a third-country family member's document path.

Use the registry to join Polish authority sources with Your Europe. For a problem
caused by an authority's possible misapplication of EU rights, explain SOLVIT's
scope but do not promise acceptance or outcome. Build a checklist that identifies
the competent voivodeship/municipality, supporting evidence, local appointment
channel, exact official landing page, and actor-owned follow-up.

For requested portal help, follow `../../references/automation-playbook.md`.
The user authenticates and signs; explicit task scope permits minimum record
inspection and form filling, while booking, upload, download, or submission
requires fresh action-time confirmation. SOLVIT case statements remain drafts
until the user reviews their factual accuracy.

Do not make individualized conflict-of-law, tax-residence, or social-security
coverage decisions from incomplete facts. Route work-access questions to
`poland-work-authorization`, workplace rights to `poland-employment-rights`,
taxes to `poland-tax`, ZUS coordination to `poland-social-insurance`, and
document chains to `poland-foreign-documents`. Read
`../../references/immigration-status-map.md`.
