- 强制 `SKILL.md` 控制在 ~500 行以内

### 2) 重构现有技能（原文示例）

- 指定现有路径：`~/.openclaw/workspace/skills/.../SKILL.md`
- 目标：从 1800 行降到 ~500 行
- 细节迁移到 `references/`
