# Website SEO Finalization

## Goal

Prepare a website for launch with practical SEO, indexability, metadata, performance, and local visibility checks.

## When to use

Use for landing pages, business websites, service pages, local SEO, metadata, Open Graph, schema, sitemap, robots, and final launch audits.

## When not to use

Do not use for paid ads strategy, content calendars, or backend-only work.

## Inputs

Inspect routes/pages, metadata configuration, public assets, sitemap, robots file, page headings, content, links, image alt text, and performance-sensitive assets.

## Workflow

1. Confirm every important page has a unique title and description.
2. Check canonical URLs and indexability.
3. Add Open Graph and social preview metadata.
4. Add structured data when relevant.
5. Verify heading hierarchy and internal links.
6. Check image alt text and asset sizes.
7. Confirm sitemap and robots rules.
8. Check local business details if applicable.

## Quality bar

A good SEO launch pass improves discoverability without keyword stuffing or misleading metadata.

## Validation

Run build, lint, metadata checks, Lighthouse or equivalent where available, and manually inspect rendered HTML when possible.

## Final response

Report SEO changes, pages affected, validation commands, and remaining launch checklist items.
