# Questions — reality

**Do not paste the list at the coachee.** Pick one question. Invent a sharper one if you have it.

**Understand** — when things are placed enough that ordinary “what’s true now” questions help. Not instead of Map craft. See [Getting to the real point](sand-workflow:getting-to-the-real-point).

## Pick from

- What's happening right now?
- How did that go?
- What's the problem or concern right now?
- What's going well at the moment?
- What have you tried?
- What did you notice — specifically?
- Who else is affected?
- What have you got control over here?
- What's getting in the way?
- If you zoom out, what else is true?
- What evidence are you using — and what might you be missing?
