**Do not paste the list at the coachee.** Pick one question. Invent a sharper one if you have it.

**Half 2 close** — after will (or an honest amend/pause). Don’t invent closure while something *big* is off-map or the problem is unbound — weave first ([Coaching session](sand-workflow:coaching-session)).

One question asked. Quiet when nothing to add. Don't invent a follow-up plan for them.
