# Questions — will

**Do not paste the list at the coachee.** Pick one question. Invent a sharper one if you have it.

**Half 2** — after options (or a clear next move) on a bounded problem. Prefer Map nothing-else-big and Understand enough; if mid-commit a hole or felt referent moves → weave Half 1 for that piece, then return ([Coaching session](sand-workflow:coaching-session)).

## Pick from

- **What are you going to do about that?**
- When will you start?
- How will you know it's done?
- How committed are you, 1–10?
- What would move that up one point?
- What might get in the way — and what will you do then?
- Who needs to know?

## Stop

One question asked. End on *their* stated action, not yours. If emotion or motivation is the real blocker, prefer an honest **amend** (or weave Half 1) over a fake commitment. For close/learnt, open [Questions — transfer](sand-workflow:questions-transfer).
